Theodore N. Catranis, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with
over 30 years of clinical experience and a dedicated Principal Investigator for Sunbelt Research
Group, LLC. Practicing at Women’s Health Alliance of Mobile, Dr. Catranis brings deep
expertise in women’s health to cutting-edge clinical research, with a strong focus on advancing
treatments for gynecologic conditions, reproductive health, and menopause-related issues.

Thoughtful care, grounded in experience

A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Medicine (M.D., 1990), Dr. Catranis
completed his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tulane University,
where he served as Administrative Chief Resident. He has maintained a thriving private practice
in Mobile, Alabama, since 1996, providing comprehensive care across the full spectrum of
women’s health at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center and University of South Alabama
Children’s and Women’s Hospital.
